As Leading Office Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the site management of our new “Campus” with around 1,400 square meters in the heart of Düsseldorf.
The Campus will be a state-of-the-art, technologically innovative, and sustainably designed location for all employees of the WEPA Group. The construction phase is scheduled for completion in early summer 2026.
Project management construction phase
- Oversee and coordinate the office setup and construction phase, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Act as the primary interface between architects, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the build-out process.
- Manage logistics, procurement, and installation of office infrastructure, furnishings, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements during all stages of construction.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues or delays to keep the project on track and aligned with company goals.
- Support the smooth transition from construction to operational phase, ensuring preparation and chairing of regular steering committee meetings
