concertare GmbH has been carrying out market research and consulting projects in over 20 countries as part of its business activities for more than 20 years. As a company specialising in mystery shopping, we work with leading companies, particularly in the automotive sector.
As a consulting and service company based in Germany between Düsseldorf and Cologne, we have been growing steadily for years and are looking to strengthen our international team with committed freelancers (m/f/d) who are determined and precise in their tasks.
For our new project, we are looking for testers who would like to evaluate the quality of existing telephone calls and e-mail correspondence and who have several hours a day, several days a week to do so.
The calls and emails will be in Italian, so it is very important that your native language is Italian. The project language is English, so all documents and communication will be in English. So in addition, you need to understand and speak English very well.
The interview recordings and emails will be analysed by using a detailed questionnaire. The work has to be done very carefully and accurately. The project takes place on a monthly and freelance basis. We are looking for testers who can participate in the long term.
